- Mostly single and double rooms
- Rooms, corridors, toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily
- Bed linen is changed / washed weekly
- There are kitchens in which the people can take care of themselves; The kitchens are equipped with ovens and microwaves
- There are lockable compartments in the kitchens, where each guest's personal kitchen utensils can be accommodated
- In our guest house, washing machines can be used for the guests' personal private laundry
- 32“ TV, fridge and strong WiFi / WiFi in every room
- In addition to German programs, there are approx. 10 Romanian, 30 Ukrainian/Russian, 20 Polish and 20 ex-Yugo TV programs
- The guest house and parking lot are camera-monitored
- All rooms are equipped with a locking system so that the individual rooms of the guests can be safely locked
- Showers and toilets are located in the hallways
- The guesthouse is in a quiet location, so guests can sleep well during the night shift during the day
- Parking is also sufficient for large vehicles
- It is possible to have a barbecue in the garden
